Many of you are now aware that changes are occurring at our practice. We hope that this site will provide you with useful information and keep you informed about our dental practice, the services we offer and typical fees that we charge. It will enable you access a broad range of dental information to help keep you informed and to help keep you and your family dentally fit. Feedback and comments

We are always keen to hear your views so please feel free to contact the practice if you have any comments concerning our website or the services that we offer. Let us know if there any ways in which you feel we could improve our services to you. You can do this either in person to a member of staff at the practice, or via email. The practice offers an in-house complaints procedure and welcomes patient feedback as part of our on-going clinical governance programme. We are registered with the Information Commissioners and respect our clients data hopefully ensuring compolete confidentiality.

Contacts and registration

Mike Powell is a Denplan Excel dentist and has been with Denplan for about 15 years. Did you know that when you are a Denplan patient generally your monthly payment covers the cost of all your treatment. Exception to this are items requiring the use of outside laboratory services where you will be asked to pay towards the cost.
For example a private metal denture could cost up to £600 privately but on Denplan this would be approximately £220.

Please be aware that it may not always be possible to speak with a dentist directly during working hours but should this be required please leave a message at reception and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible. We are sad to see Mrs Pancic leave the practice but if you are concerned you are welcome to book an appointment with one of the other dentists at Crabtree Road.

Your First Visit

At your first visit we will make you as welcome as possible. We will take your personal details and ask you to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. If you have any concerns about your dental health or about the appearance of your teeth please let us know. If you wish to speak in confidence about any aspect of your dental care please let us know.
