Lady Dentist replaces Mrs Pancic at CrabtreeCare

We are pleased to announce that our new dentist Miss Kellie Boles BDS has joined the practice. Initially part time from April 1st 2012 she will be full time from July 1st when she replaces Mrs Pancic and will be working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

As Mrs Pancic will not have an NHS contract and we appreciate that it can be difficult to find a dentist under the NHS, we feel it is only fair to assure existing NHS patients of the practice that should they wish to continue under NHS arrangements they will be very welcome.

To further assist patients during these difficult and uncertain times Kellie is now seeing patients on some Saturday mornings and she is also looking into the possibility of opening some early evening sessions.Kellie also carries out facial aesthetics when desired and for further details please see our private fee guide.David Armstrong BDS will be working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Mike will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We believe that team dentistry is the future and as an independent practice we strive to serve our patients to the best of our ability.At our practice a team member should always be there to deal with any problems. DISCLAIMER: Misleading and incorrect information regarding NHS availability and the services of our hygienists had been posted on a rival website. I am glad to say that the information concerning hygienists has now been removed following professional intervention. At no time has Mike Powell the owner of Crabtree Road Dental Practice imposed any conditions on the use of the hygienists. This was solely the act of the dentist concerned who is leaving on June 29th this year. Please note that we follow the current GDC guidelines which came into force on March 1st 2012, when promoting this website. We are always keen to hear your views so please feel free to contact the practice if you have any comments concerning our website or the services that we offer. The practice offers an in-house complaints procedure and welcomes patient feedback as part of our on-going clinical governance programme. Mike Powell is an accredited Denplan Excel dentist and has been with Denplan for about 15 years. Did you know that as a Denplan patient your monthly payment covers the cost of all your treatment the only exceptions to this are any items requiring the use of outside laboratory services where you will be asked to pay towards the cost or treatment for purely cosmetic reasons.For example a private metal denture could cost up to £900 privately but on Denplan this would be approximately £290. If you wish to speak personally to a member of our practice team then please contact Arlene, Wendy or Linda on our reception desk on 01293 526481. Please be aware that it may not always be possible to speak with a dentist directly during working hours but should this be required please leave a message at reception and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible. Your First Visit

At your first visit we will make you as welcome as possible. We will take your personal details and ask you to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. Please let us know whether you wish to be a Denplan, NHS or Private patient. Let us know about any concerns regarding your dental health, dental treatment or about the appearance of your teeth. All conversations will be kept strictly confidential.
