If necessary a brief message about you enquiry can also be included. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that we close for lunch between 12.30 pm and 13.30 pm but there is usually someone on the desk to take messages or attend to personal callers.

Cancellations & failed appointments

In the event of the need to cancel, amend or postpone an appointment please try to give us 24 hours notice. We reserve the right not to see patients who persistently fail appointments. It is not the policy of our practice to charge for failed appointments and we understand that for a variety of reasons it may not be possible to attend an appointment with us. However we would request that should you be unable to attend for whatever reason that you contact us as soon as possible so that we may offer the appointment to someone else.

Local Emergency Dental Sites

There are now three emergency dental services operating throughout West Sussex. These can be found at: Crawley Hospital; St Richards Hospital Chichester; Worthing Hospital. In the event that we are unable to offer you an out of hours appoinmtment then these services are available. These services only operate outside of our normal hours; from 6.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00am to 12.00pm weekends and bank holidays. Contact numbers for these services should be found at your local pharmacies, libraries, police stations and newspapers.
