Booking an appointment
You can book an appointment by calling in or telephoning the practice during opening hours. Outside our normal hours a message can be left on the practice answer phone. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Whenever you attend the practice please keep us informed of any medical conditions, medicines and likes or dislikes so that we may tailor your treatment needs to suit you
Parking
Due to local council restrictions the roads around the practice are now very congested. Please park in one of the 2 hour bays immediately outside the practice and outside numbers 27 and 29
If you can get in please use our car parking areas.
If these are all full we do have some prepaid parking tickets for use in the other bays.
It would help if people could park their cars as neatly as possible.

We now with this website have the facility to take details via email. If you have not heard from us within a few days contact us by telephone. Please do not use the online facility for emergency appointments as it cannot be monitored constantly. Please email to crabtreecare@hotmail.com
Emergency Appointments
We try to set some time aside each day to deal with any dental emergencies. It may not always be possible to see the dentist of your choice but we will do all in our power to help get you out of trouble.
Please contact the practice as soon as possible.
Waiting times
At Crabtree Road we try very hard to see our patients at their appointed times. Occasionally emergencies arise which may put us behind. Please bear with us if you are kept waiting we will see you as soon as possible.
We all endeavour to run on time but it helps greatly if patients can arrive a few minutes early to prepare themselves for their appointments.
