We Welcome New Patients at Crabtree Road

Mike Powell's practice is accepting new patients at present and returning patients that have not seen him for some time will always be welcome. David Armstrong and Kellie Boles will both be accepting new NHS and private patients. Our new associate Kellie Boles will be accepting all patients as soon as she arrives with us in March. We love treating children. Children are always offered treatment under NHS arrangements but if desired they can also be treated 0n a private basis. If you just require a second opinion let us know and we will be pleased to advise and discuss. We will always give you an itemised treatment plan at the outsetof your treatment. This treatment plan is open to discussion and can be amended according to your wishes and personal circumstances.

Medical Updates

If you have any illness, disability or are taking any medicines even if self prescribed please let us know so that the practice can ensure your continued well-being.
Please note that the efficacity of the contraceptive pill can be altered by certain antibiotics.
Patinets who are diabetic should eat and drink as normal and take any prescibed medicines prior to attending the practice. If you have any fears or phobias concerning dental treatment then please inform us so that we can take the appropriate action when treating you. Please note that all information supplied to us is kept totally confidential.

Medical History

It is very importants that we maintain an up to date record of any treatment or medication that you have or are taking, even those that are self prescibed. We have now published our medical history questionnaire on line. This will enable you to print it out and complete it prior to visiting the practice. please note that the medical questionnaire is treated with strict confidence.

Changing dentists

If you wish to change your dentist whether within the practice or externally for any reason such as practice location, opening hours, dentist etc, please feel free to contact us. At Crabtree Road we will help you to achieve your wishes with the minimum possible fuss.
